Hi, my name is Andrea, and I am the Director at Eastwood Early Education. I have been in childcare for over 10 years, starting my journey with the company as a student before progressing from Educator, working across all age groups, to Director.
I love working with children and watching them learn and grow. These early years are such an amazing time to be involved in shaping little minds and little lives. As Director, I strive to build strong relationships with families and staff alike.
My commitment to lifelong learning inspires me to create a centre where every child can thrive.
Hi, my name is Tara, and I am the Assistant Director at Eastwood Early Education. As Assistant Director, I am passionate about fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.
With a background in early childhood education and over 10 years of experience in the field, I focus on creating engaging programs that promote development and creativity. My strengths lie in mentoring, team collaboration, effective communication with families, and ensuring high standards of care and safety.
I believe in empowering both children and staff, and I’m dedicated to making our centre a place where everyone thrives!
I am the Kindergarten Teacher (ECT) in Group 5 (Langmorn). I hold a Bachelor of Education, specialising in Early Childhood.
My passion is in the early years which I believe is an integral part of children’s learning and development and that children learn best through play and interactions with others.
I have been part of the Eastwood family since 2016 and have since become an advocate for preparing young minds for primary school. If you have any questions about Kindergarten or school readiness, I am happy to help.
"We have two children at Eastwood Early Education. Amelia is five and George is two. When we first came through for the tour, it just had a really lovely feel to it and it just felt right. Amelia comes home with learning new things all the time. There's often so many times that we look at each other and say, "Did you teach her that? "Where did she get that from? "That's amazing." So she just has blossomed and developed and really taken off.
I think definitely come and have a tour and just get a feel for it yourself. And I think you'll love it as much as we do. If you're looking or thinking of a place to grow your children, I can't think of a better place."
"What I love the most about Eastwood is the family feeling. Open arms they welcome you, they welcome your child. I trust them to help me raise my child. The educators here have really help both my children Charlotte and Ruben, get ready and get prepared for school by making them feel comfortable in that classroom environment, making them want to learn what's next for them making it an exciting time. They just want to keep coming back and doing more.
School is so exciting for them so to see them to grow throughout this kindy year with all of the tools and tips that the educators have given both of them has been really exciting. If you're thinking of sending your child to any sort of daycare or kindergarten come and see the family at Eastwood."
